We were very pleased with the location. We were able to walk to the grocery store,library,fast food and most of all to the beach. Would come back again if the unit was remodeled.

We have stayed in the same unit a number of times over the past ten years. We think 4 or 5. The condition of the living room furniture is old and worn. Uncomfortable. The bedroom carpet has always been dirty. The Waterfront staff are great.

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Beach Yacht Club, it was a peaceful location and we felt very secure. Also the location being close to the beach and Johns Pass and two foodstores suited us very well. The only negative is that we felt the unit could be updated and was in need of some TLC.
