  • Versatile second bedroom has a bridge and bedding to convert the twin beds to a king size. There is a cable TV too!

  • Great balcony with electric BBQ & new roof for extra shade.
  • Condo 275 is at the top of the stairs, on the left.
  • Picnic tables at the water's edge to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail.

  • Madeira Beach is small, quiet and relaxing beach town. It is ideally situated between Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg. John's Pass Village is located just 5 minutes away. The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is 150 yards from Madeira’s finest white sand beach. Watch the dolphins or fish from one of three fishing decks and experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach. You are within walking distance to many different shops, restaurants, supermarket, Post Office and a drugstore. The Gulf Beaches Library is across the street with temporary membership is available to visitors. As well as a huge range of books, it has computers to use with Internet access and a large range of movie DVD’s, videos and music CD's available for loan. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated, immaculately kept facility. The club boasts a club house with a small, well equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers and billiards room. It also has two outdoor heated swimming pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and benches and fishing piers.

    Near the beach, grocery store and easy commute to/from airport...what else can you ask for? Condo has 2 bedrooms, the furniture in living room is oddly positionned (TV vs seating). There is a park in front of the complex. Nice.

    Just spent fantastic 3 weeks at Madeira Beach stayed at Madeira Beach Yacht Club (MBYC). This is our fourth year booking through Waterfront Vacation Rentals – management staff, Linda and Vronda are wonderful so friendly and helpful, real comfort to know that if anything was to go wrong they are on hand to help out.
    As for MBYC it is an excellent complex – well maintained, beautiful landscape, lovely pools, brilliant location very central to all amenities and beach is just across the road, perfect!!

    We usually vacation on Anna Marie Island but this time we decided to give Madeira Beach a try. We were not disappointed. The beaches were white and sandy and the area was not too built up, unlike Clearwater which we found to have too many high buildings for our liking. If you like greyhound racing Derby Lane is only 30 minutes away. Plenty of picture houses, theatres and sites to visit. November is a pleasant time to visit-not too hot or humid. We will visit again.

    This is our 4th year at Madeira Beach Yacht Club and 3rd year in Apt 275E Apt (with hopefully many more years to follow!). Apt wonderful, spotlessly clean and all the mod cons you need. Small balcony overlooking the bay, early morning coffee watching the sunrise and chilled glass of wine late afternoon - heaven! Facilities at yacht club very good. Location ideal with everything you need for a relaxing holiday right on your doorstep. Linda & Vronda from Waterfront Rentals extremely friendly and helpful...nice to know that you have someone nearby if needed.

    We picked this unit based on it's layout and view. Having stayed 5 times before at the Yatch Club, we obviously enjoy the location. We were surprised to find that the Yatch Club no longer employ security staff as it gave you that extra "secure" feel.
