this was our first stay in a condo and we were very pleased. the condo was very clean, all appliances worked, bath rooms and showers clean, beds comfortable, ceiling fans in all rooms. the furniture in the living area was very comfortable.the maint staff kept the pool and all the grounds clean and in working order.internet picture was very revealing as to how your condo would look.

the gulf view was very nice and we had the oppottunity to see the bootle nose dolphins swim by every morning. the beach was not crowded.

we used the grill to cook lunch oneday. there was a nice shopping area about 3 minutes away and after a short ride found many familiar restaurants.

we plan on coming back next year

While meeting others on the property, found our rental fee high. Mattress pads on beds seemed rubberized making you sweat-I can understand trying to protect the maattresses but sleeping was uncomfortable

The back bedroom faced the "very busy" street. The traffic noise was very loud even throughout the night. Also, we were supplied with just one roll of tp in each bathroom. I would think that 4 people staying for one week would get at least 2 rolls per bathroom.

  We are sorry this guest was disappointed with the amount of toilet paper in the condo. We detail on the policy page published on our web site and included with each reservation confirmation: "An initial setup of trash liners, bath soap and toilet tissue is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest."

We have been coming to the Madeira Beach area for over 15 years and we loved the accommodations. The facility was very family friendly, rooms we spacious, and facility was very clean. We would and have recommended Las Brisas to several friends since we have been back home. We are looking to book again as soon as we have the spring break schedule for next year.

The place was clean, but a little run down. The furniture was a little worn out (couches, beds) but everything was clean and organized.
