  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Vistana. Our condo was superb,it was nicely laid out and we had plenty of room for my Husband and I and our 4 children. The balcony was lovely,and we enjoyed many family breakfasts...beach side! The beaches in this area are beautiful, and they were not overcrowded. We had lots of room to let our kids play in the sand, and not feel like we were intruding on other people. Heads up on the parking garage, the space is a bit tricky to get into, but we got better with time. Our trip to La Vistana was divine, and we can't wait to go back!

  We enjoyed watching the dolphins play every morning and evening from the balcony as well as the sting rays. You will not see a better sunset anywhere on any beach!!!
  
  This was our second time in this unit and sad to say the unit was very dirty compared to our last visit...carpets, sofa, bar stools etc... The rental agency was quick to send out someone to repair the sofa as well as clean the carpets and furniture for us. If you need 3 bedroms for your vacation this is the place to stay! We also want to thank whoever put the grill tools in the unit!!! Wonderful addition!
  
  We would stay in this unit again if we need a three bedroom place.

  I don't think you can get closer to the ocean than this wonderful condo. You can stand in the kitchen or sit in the dining room and you don't even see the beach -- from the view it's as if you're in the middle of the ocean. Both the living room and the master bedroom have double doors that can be opened to the beach, letting the sound of the waves waft over you. During our stay there were few people on the beach and no noise from the beach, the street, the pool, or from other condos. The apartment is luxurious, with Italian tile everywhere and granite and maple in the kitchen and all three baths. The kitchen is huge with a direct line of sight to the ocean. The master bath is also huge with a soaking tub, a stall shower, a separate closed off toilet, and twin sinks. As you walk in there are two other bedrooms on either side of a large hallway, a hall bath with a stall shower, and the third bathroom connected to the bedroom with a double bed has a tub/shower combination. To respond to the two other reviews on this site, the carpet was clean, there were no bugs in December even with all doors open, there was plenty of balcony furniture (two lounges, two regular chairs and a coffee table, and four dining chairs and a dining table), the grill tools are in one of the many kitchen drawers, and two of the three bedrooms have dressers and the third has a closet with shelves. It is true that the kitchen is a bit undersupplied: we could have used a few more cooks' knives, a food processor, and more serving bowls, but these are minor points in what was otherwise a fabulous place. Redington Shores and the surrounding towns are very quiet (if you want nightlife or upscale shopping go elsewhere). For us, this was a perfect family vacation.

  We really enjoyed our stay at La Vistana. The location on the beach is wonderful. The pool area with grill is perfect and we enjoyed it completely! The unit is beautiful but could have used a deep cleaning! The carpets were filthy and the rental agency offered to have someone come in and clean them but we told them to just wait. The walls also needed a coat of paint in most of the rooms. The kitchen is not stocked very well, we had to buy a few pans but it all worked. We only wish they had grilling tools as it was hard to flip burgers with a plastic spatula. We also had problems with the palmeto bugs, again the rental agency was quick to help us. They sent out the bug guy, as we called him, as soon as we notified them.
  We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning watching the dolphins put on a show for us. We would stay in this unit again.
