The condo was nicely furnished and location was perfect. Could have been a little cleaner, but considering it is a rental I guess it was good. We had a very nice experience and a wonderful vacation. Waterfront Realty was great to work with.

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at 8-111 as usual. The weather was wonderful and warm for the time of year. This is a beautiful condo with the best location on the bay. The ladies at Waterfront Vacation Rentals do a wonderful job of taking care of the guests making sure all is well. . We will be back in March for another four weeks.

Condo ideally located near Tampa/Clearwater/St Petersburg with Orlando International airport two hours freeway drive.Close to a number of beach resorts where several good seafood restaurants can be found. Condo looks out on a swimming pool & jacuzzi(hot tub), beyond which is a wide sea inlet with attractive properties on the far shore.

Our four week stay at Bahia Vista 8-111 where the pool is only steps from the deck which has ample seating was again a super holiday. This unit has a wonderful view of the bay where the boats are continually sailing up and down. The upgrades to the unit by the owners were greatly appreciated with the addition of the king size bed in master bedroom, large screen tv and upgrade to the kitchen ceiling with new lights and fan. We would like to suggest that should further upgrades be planned that new mattress in the guest bedroom would be a wonderful addition. We have booked again for another four weeks in 2012. Thanks also to the staff of Waterfront Vacation Rentals who make sure that the guests enjoy there stay..

Once again we enjoyed our four week stay at Bahia Vista 8-111 where the pool is only steps from the deck which has ample seating with the best view of any unit. We would suggest that the unit have some upgrades to the bedding in both bed rooms and also a fan for the guest room. However, the unit is very well equiped and very easy to keep clean. Will be back in 2011 for another four weeks. Must add that the girls at Waterfront Vacation Rentals do a super job and are very friendly and helpfull.

Vacation was overshadowed by the unusually cold weather at 20degs below seasonal average. We had only 8 out of 28 days of acceptable sunshine. T.H.
The only thing we found was the master bed too small s/b king size and the pull out couch very uncomfortable to sleep on
