  I had thought the condo would be nice, but it was more than i even pictured. The condo was clean, had everything you could think of bringing, felt so comfy, like home. Only walking mins from the ocean, awesome place to stay! I will return!

  ideal location ,everything on the doorstep,shops, beach,bars and restaurants.
  resort very secure ,clean and quiet ,nice walk along the waterfront.
  our unit was easily accessible ideal for anyone with limited mobility,close to both pools in the resort.
  the property management staff at waterfront rentals where wonderful in helping us with this last minute booking and with our booking for our next visit in september.
  will definetly go back again .

  Our property was clean and tidy. A big plus was the Yacht Club's location -- handy to everything, dining, shopping, major league baseball, trolley and the beach. We would recommend this property and would return next year.

  Our stay was very much influenced by the frigid weather at the time!!Thus it is difficult to say that we enjoyed the facilities of MBYC--our swimsuits didn't even see the light of day!! We sat at the pool once. However we did like the complex and it's convenience to many things. Unit 235C was well appointed and had obviously been recently updated--but weather prevented use of the lanai! If we were to stay at MBYC again we would want a water front unit as we do enjoy having a "View". One concern we had was the positioning of the AC units--on a hot day with all A/C's running we feel enjoyment of the lanais or outdoor portions of the properties would be very much lessened by the collective noise-we wonder why these units weren't installed on the roofs at time of construction. Despite the weather we did find things to do to make our vacation enjoyable.This was our first stay in Madeira Beach and we were imopressed by the general cleanliness of the whole area We are thankful we only had 2 weeks to endure and not the whole winter!!

  The only negative was the lack of any view. It is a tucked away 1st floor unit with no view at all.
