  The Conda has a definite 5 star rating from us. We loved it very much, so clean, spotless.Excellent location, lovely furniture, etc. Only thing I would add would be a good wine opener (ha). Would rent again next year.

  Clean and quiet vacation rental! Kitchen is fully loaded - nothing is missing! Whole apartment is renovated. Pool is cooled in the summer, and heated in the winter so water temperature is always perfect for swimming. Very good vacation rental for people
  who like to travel on different beaches every day.

  Excellent Accomodations in a beautifully kept park like setting! Would have love to stay indefinitely, however reality checked in. We will highly recommend this hidden paradise to all of our close friends.

  The grounds were beautiful, the location in the complex was perfect, the appliances were excellant and the kitchen was beautifully appointed with dishes, glassware, and cookware.
  The only negative aspects were the tub in the master bathroom and the shower stall in the small bathroom. They were gross. We live in a two year old $500,000 condo and our three bathroom bathing facilities are spotless. We also do not wear outdoor shoes in our condo and didn't down there but if you walked across the floor in white socks they soon were blackened. We cleaned the tile floors and vacumned the carpets after the first day but still had blackened footwear. In fairness, I don't want the review to be published.

  We were delighted with our stay at Isla Del Sol. The Condo was even better than we anticipated it is nicely furnished and certainly has everything you need especially in the kitchen. The location was perfect looking over a small water area made it even better.
  We would certainly book it again and would recommend it to our friends.

  We just spend February in this beautiful condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has been upgraded beautifully with state of the art appliances and furnishings. The tub and shower stall could use updating, especially in the guest bathroom but overall fantastic.
  Would love to have access to beach chairs/towels; we wound up renting them when the grandkids arrived for a visit.
  Overall a beautiful spot.

  During past visits to the St. Petersburg area I have often driven past the Isla del Sol / Tierra Verde area and thought how nice it would be to stay here instead of some chain hotel further inland. Well, this year I did it and was very happy with every aspect of the stay. The condo is indeed very nicely decorated and equipped with every appliance and other equipment that one could want. A lot of thought was put into the details. The condo was very quiet and is ideally located for excursions both to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. Fort De Soto North Beach is particularly nice if you like uncrowded beaches. White sand, turquoise waters and blue sky. And not at all crowded ! Most people tend to go to the beaches close to the parking areas. That's fine with me (: Because if you park on the grass parking areas at North Beach and are willing to walk for 1000 feet you will have a picturebook perfect beach almost to yourself even on busy weekends. One word to sum it all up: Perfect ! I hope to be back.

  This condo offered everything one would need plus more. It truly felt like a home away from home. The outside area was well monitored with security and ample lighting. The view of the pond area from the balcony was my favorite spot so quiet and serene.
  
  Upon arrival (which was a last minute reservation) the unit was clean and ready to use. Waterfront Rental Vacations were a joy to work with via phone and e-mail. They were extremely helpful and easily accessible. There was even a call from them to check after we arrived to verify our satisfaction with the condo as well as ask if we needed anything more.
