  We had a wonderful stay at the Condo. We went fishing while there with Cptn Larry Blue and caught 60 fish. Had a fabulous fish fry with all the family. We swam every day in the ocean and at the pool. We used the outside grill almost daily during our stay.
  We had family members in 4 units in the building. The condos were all fabulous and worked great for our family. The location is great, just down the road from Johns Pass. We highly recommend this as a vacation destination. One suggestion, more parking closer
  to the condo. All in all we give a 9.5 out of 10.

  The floors were dirty. When u walk accross the floor ur feet turn black. I asked in advance for early check in. And the cleaning lady was still there at 3. The two livingroom chairs were falling apart. When u sat down there would be particials of the chair
  on ur cloths and skin. We asked for a 1 pm late checkout. Was told that we needed to be out by noon. At 930am on day of checkout. The cleaning lady was unlocking the door and said that she wanted to put her stuff in there. My family and I were still there
  and had I not just gotten off the elevator. She would have been. In there with our stuff. Very upset.

  My husband and I stayed in Indain Shores two years ago and couldn't wait to get back down to the area with our four kids, so they could experience their first laid-back, do-nothing, relax-on-the-beach vacation. Our stay did not disappoint!
  Our condo was beautiful - a clean, well-maintained three bedroom unit with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The beach was just an elevator ride away and we could sit on the patio and watch dolphins in the morning and the sunset at night. Inside, there was plenty of room for all of us and we all felt comfortable and at home.
  The only negatives - the living room couch and chairs have seen better days and the beds in the two non-master rooms, even the room with the bigger beds, were too small for my 6'2" son. Also, the internet would not work on our computers (there is no wifi - only an ethernet connection), but someone came out twice to work on it for us and he was so thoughtful, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
  Those were minor issues compared with our overall positive experience. We loved our week at the beach and will cherish the memories we made there!

  We had a most wonderful time in this beautiful condo on the beautiful Madiera Beach. The grandchildren loved the ocean and who could spot the first dolfin of the day from our balcony. We saw dolfins at least twice every day. We swam within 20 feet of them on the beach on two different occasions. We loved the place and would stay again in the future. Tha management was so accomadating to our early arrival and parking situation. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

  Couldnt beat the location. It was perfect. However one parking space for a condo that sleeps 10 is a bit ridiculous and the elevator is extremely slow.

  We've stayed at this unit twice now, and we LOVE it. It's gorgeous, and the location is perfect for families. When it says beachfront - it means it. You step off the property onto powder beach.
  Sleeps 10 - with two on the pullout. But 8 was comfortable and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. anymore than that on a regular basis would be tight. We did some comparisons of places nearby and you can't get anything THIS NICE for the price.
  The owners are very friendly, and accomodating. We plan to go back!!

  we loved every moment we spent here. The grocery carts were very handy for carrying up groceries, the beach was beautiful and the condo was perfect. The location was handy to shopping & restaurants.
  The only downfall was the lack of parking but we did order a parking pass from the city lot and the walk to or from the van was not too bad.
  Just one thing about the condo is that the couch must have had a seam come apart at the top and it should be repaired immediately so that it doesn't come apart any farther.
  Thank You for renting out your beautiful condo and allowing us to enjoy it.

  I have been to Madeira for the past few years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The unit was very nice, and the property was clean and tasteful. The only dislike I had was we only had 1 parking space and I think if you have a room that sleeps 10 more than likely they are going to drive 2 cars. But, that would not defer me from recommending this property to anyone else because everything else the property has to offer overrides the 1 parking space. We really enjoyed oursleves. Wonderful place!!!!

  The unit we stayed in (#403) was beautiful. It was recently remodeled, well furnished and tastefully decorated. I wish the cleaning staff took as much pride as the owner. There were shards of glass on the kitchen floor when we checked in and trash from a Happy Meal on the floor of a bedroom. The building, Las Brisas, was not as well maintained. While it is a great location directly on the beach, it is an older building that needs maintenance and I don't believe it could pass code requirements today. There is not a single guest parking space, the walls are paper thin, and the elevator usually works, but is scarily slow. Whenever a sliding glass door was opened, it could be heard (and felt as the floor vibrated) from multiple units. Also, there is a bar across the street that broadcasts their music late into the night... easily heard within the condo as are the many motorcycles coming and going there. If you like to party, this would be a great place to go. If you are looking for a quiet, family getaway, I'd choose a different location.

  The unit we stayed in #403 Las Brisas was up to date and beautifully decorated. The only problem we had was the floor was very dirty. We had a baby with us and when he crawled his knees and feet would actually be black. I reported this to the rental company, so hopefully they will follow up with the cleaning people. Having only one elevator was a little inconvient.
