Sea Rocket #2 is a ground floor efficiency that sleeps up to 4 with a queen size bed and a double futon. Updated and upgraded in December 2011 with new counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, glass tile backsplash, new Sealy mattress & boxspring, new Tommy Bahama comforter set & futon cover, new pillows, new vanity, medicine cabinet and faucets in the bath, full length mirror, light fixture and fresh paint throughout! Free Wifi too!

It wasn't dirty per say but run down and the bed is broken down. It would not take much to make it a charming place but currently has zero charm. The view however and being right on the beach is suburb. I would recommend up the rate 10.00 and put some money into furnishings and bathroom.
Prime Beach Property is high end of it's own, so the Sea Rocket is a bargain for most budget conscious travelers.

The Tornado provided an unnecessary diversion, but not likely a management issue.

As always waterfront is very helpful as well as the on site maintenance gentleman. The Rocket provides the old Florida charm and warmth of having your home on the Gulf. The only improvement would be a new shower head.

Me and my two children had a very good experience staying in the Sea Rocket #2. They were 12 & 9 at the time and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our nights while on Spring Break. It was just cozy. We certainly look forward to staying again in the future.

the tube is going on the TV in our room. The matress is pretty lumpy but not too bad. The beach chairs need addressing bums were falling through on many of them! Small small complaints. Overall a great stay and affortable price!!
