  This is my 3rd stay in different units. I love the location and the fact that it's not a high rise. It is an older property but it is clean, and you can't beat the beachfront access.

  This was a different unit for us this year- the unit could use a little updating but it was clean and comfortable. As always the place was pretty quiet, the way we like it and the outside area was kept very neat and clean. Thank you for letting us borrow your little piece of paradise for a few days.

  Our stay was in April, 2011. Room was small and clean and perfect for two. Used the patio and lounge chairs plus the beach everyday. Located within easy reach of all local attractions plus stores etc. Very quiet and relaxful and the weather was perfect. Bus service is excellent along Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to Pass-A-Grille and very reasonable. Would return for another holiday.

  I was pleased to find this hidden treasure during peak tourist season and at such a reasonable rate! Since it is right on the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was great to open the door and walk just steps to the Gulf! The efficiency was so nice to have and nicely equipped, too. It is handy to be able to whip up a grilled sandwich without leaving the premises. Anthony is a gem who maintains the grounds. Not only is he friendly and helpful --but he keeps things sparklingly clean. My only complaint - which is to be expected when these units are occupied weekly - is that our shower didn't work when we arrived but was fixed the next day. Ahhh. And, I really needed Wi-Fi for my job but had tremendous difficulty getting a signal. Again, Anthony to the rescue. On the day we were leaving, a booster was installed, so hopefully that problem has been remedied. Overall - a great place. The office staff at Waterfront is great to work with and made our stay easy and effortless.

  For the price and location this condo was incredible. It's only steps from the beach and has many restaurants nearby. It's a small condo, but has everything a person might need. It was clean upon arrival as well. Only downfall was not having wireless internet. The new mounted HD tv was a surprise and was enjoyable as well. Would recommend use for a couple or a small group of friends. Great experience!

  We had a wonderful two week stay at the Sea Rocket. The location is on the best beach south of Clearwater and north of St. Pete Beach. The property is very well maintained. Unit #3 needs work.
