  The waves was a great location and very nice property , the only thing they need to upgrade the mattress in each bed, the air conditioner should always be on because when the home is not used it gets a damp smell and takes a while to get the air fresh, candles work. Would return.

  Unfortunately it rained majority of the time we were there. We did notice in the master bedroom the transition from carpet to tile was wet and the baseboard was pulling away from the wall. I am in water damage restoration here in Dallas. Someone should definitely address that before it turns into something bigger. Aside from that we were extremely satisfied with our stay and everything included. I will recommend this location to everyone I know. Thanks

  WE FOUND THE POOL AREA AND POOL A LITTLE DIRTY, THE COURT YARD IN THE BACK WAS VERY UNTIDY AND DIRTY, WE HAD SEEN A FEW COCKROACHES, PLACE NEEDS TO BE SPRAYED.

  It smelled a little musty when we arrived, but that's to be expected in that climate. It aired out nicely, and we enjoyed our stay. Good proximity to the beach and shopping.

  My family spent a week here with another family, so all together 4 adults and 2 children. Tha apartment itself was spacious enough for us and well-equipped and furnished but the convertible sofa in the living room is not siutable for sleeping comfortably. Otherwise, everything was totally perfect.

  We really enjoyed our week at Waves 9. The inside of the property was absolutely beautiful and completely immaculate. However we were disappointed with the private outside area which was not particularly well kept and had a bad smell about it. We understand that it is exposed to the elements of the sea and so expected a little wear and tear but it was covered in bird poo and leaves and we did not use it once during our stay. The condo was also advertised with a BBQ which we discovered to be a shared BBQ which is in the pool area and not in the properties garden, it was not appealing to use either. However the pool area was beautiful and we had a fabulous time there. It is a good location for the beach and there are a few restaurants to walk to near by too.

  We had a great time at Waves 9. It was close to the beach, clean,large and comfortable. One suggestion: tables and umbrellas poolside.

  Condo was great; clean and nice pool area, but not within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Beach was only two blocks as advertised. Overall would reccomend if you have a car.

Our web page for the condo has a map showing the exact location of the building and the beach picture caption states "this beautiful beach is just a short walk from The Waves". We also offer a nice selection of Gulf front accommodations you may consider on your next visit to our area.

  THIS CONDOMONIUM WAS IN A PERFECT SPOT FOR OUR STAY IN FLORIDA. THERE WERE PLENTY OF AMENITIES WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE AND WE FELT SAFE OUT WALKING AT NIGHT. IF ANYONE WAS THINKING OF STAYIING IN THIS AREA THEN I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL RETREAT. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT THE PROPERTY WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS YOU WOULD EXPECT. WHOEVER THEY PAY THE $100 DOLLAR CLEANING FEE TO SHOUD HAVE THERE WORK INSPECTED. THERE WAS LOTS OF DUST ON TOP OF THE CEILING FAN BLADES AND THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT WAS DIRTY. HOWEVER WE DID ENJOY OUR STAY HERE AND WOULD LOOK TO RETURN IF WE VISITED THE AREA AGAIN.
