CHECK-IN LOCATION: Many of our properties are equipped with lockboxes for direct check-in. All other check-ins are at the Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. office located at 17003 Gulf Blvd., North Redington
Beach. Specific check-in directions will be sent with your final payment receipt.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. During peak seasons some units may not be ready by 3 p.m. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances. Check-out time is
by 10:00 a.m. so that we may prepare for the next guests. Exceptions with prior approval only.
PAYMENT POLICY: A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only).
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. This optional coverage is 7.25% of your total cost and is automatically added to your reservation. You may choose to opt out of this coverage if you wish by deducting the cost of
the premium from your final payment. PLEASE NOTE: Our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect your trip.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & HURRICANE POLICY: Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel or change your reservation. The reservation deposit is refundable less a $50 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days before arrival.
Travel Insurance premiums are not refundable. Final Payment is only refundable in the event of cancellation through CSA Travel Protection or if the property is rebooked. Should a hurricane threaten our area and a Mandatory Evacuation order is issued, refunds
will only be given through CSA Travel Protection if you have purchased coverage before the storm was named. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be obtained by reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website www.vacationrentalinsurance.com

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A credit card authorization is due prior to check-in as a security deposit. No charge will be processed, provided there is no damage or theft to the unit or property, and there are no outstanding expenses related to rental extensions, excessive
cleaning needed, long distance telephone charges or crib rentals, etc.
OCCUPANCY: The unit may be occupied by no more the maximum number of persons (adults, children and infants) indicated on your confirmation. In the event occupancy is exceeded, guest agrees to let the owner, owner's agent or condominium association remove them
from the unit and retain all monies paid. Student groups and students unaccompanied by a parent are not permitted. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and immediate eviction.
PETS: Sorry pets are NOT allowed in most of our vacation rentals. The few that do require our prior written approval.
SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outside only.
CONDOMINIUM RULES: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere to the rules and regulations set by individual condominiums or homeowner association.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your vacation acommodations are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. You are responsible for cleaning your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Please remember you are staying in someone's home
during your vacation and treat it with the care you would your own.
SUPPLIES & BEACH TOWELS: Although linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels & beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bath soap and toilet tissue is provided. Extra items needed are the
responsibility of the guest.
TELEPHONE USAGE: Most units are equipped with a telephone. Long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, credit card or billed to your home number. Local calls are free.
MAINTENANCE: Report all maintenance issues promptly by calling 727-398-7368. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation however, no refunds or
rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures.
SUBSTITUTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS: Circumstances may cause your confirmed unit to be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these circumstances; however accommodations and rates will
be subject to your approval.
