CHECK-IN LOCATION:
Unless other arrangements have been made, all check-ins are at the Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. office located at 17003 Gulf Boulevard, North Redington Beach.  From Tampa International Airport take I-275 South to exit #28 Gandy Blvd which becomes Park Blvd. Take Park Blvd all the way to the end and go left on Gulf Blvd. to 17003.  From St Petersburg/Clearwater Airport take Roosevelt Blvd (route 686) West to Gulf Blvd. Go left on Gulf Blvd. to 17003.

CHECK-IN TIME:
3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Guests arriving after these hours should make advance arrangements for key pick-up. Because we have high standards for cleanliness, some units may not be ready by 3 p.m., expecially during peak seasons. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances.

CHECK-OUT TIME:
10:00 a.m. so that housekeeping may prepare for the next guests.

PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card  (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only).

CANCELLATION:
The reservation deposit is refundable less a $50 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days before arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A credit card imprint is due prior to check-in as a security deposit. This payment will not be processed, provided there is no damage or theft to the unit or property, and there are no outstanding expenses related to rental extensions, excessive cleaning needed, long distance telephone charges or crib rentals, etc.

OCCUPANCY:
The unit may be occupied by no more the maximum number of persons (adults, children and infants) indicated on this confirmation. Occupancy is defined as any overnight stay. In the event occupancy is exceeded, guest agrees to let the owner, owners agent or condomium association remove them from the unit and retain all monies whether earned or unearned. Student groups are not permitted. Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted to register. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the party will not be permitted to occupy any unit in Waterfront Vacation Rentals management program.

PETS:
Sorry no pets allowed.

SMOKING: 
Smoking is permitted outside only, please.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:
Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere to the rules and regulations set by individual condominiums or homeowner association.

CLEANING:
All condos and homes are cleaned prior to arrival and at departure.

SUPPLIES:
All units are fully equipped for your enjoyment with cable TV, microwave and kitchen supplies for everyday cooking and a starter supply of bath soap and toilet tissue.

TELEPHONE USAGE:
Each unit is equipped with a telephone. Long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, credit card or billed to your home number. Local calls are free.

BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT:
Bring your own!

SUBSTITUTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS:
Circumstances may cause your confirmed unit to be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these circumstances, however accommodations and rates will be subject to your approval.
