This place has great potential. The location was great and the resort itself was good. The condo needs a few updates/maintenance. The washer/dryer did not work, the bedroom screen door was off track, the 2nd bedroom windows leaked during heavy rain, balcony door was difficult to open/shut. There was comunication issues between owner and leasing company, real estate company showed up our first day and wanted to show condo(and did so). On a positive note, the kitchen was recently updated and looks very nice, the views were great, close walk to the ocean or bay. overall I would rate this a 7 out of 10.
