  This property was perfect for our first trip to Florida. The location was gated, so I didn't have to worry about "Spring Breakers" ruining our trip. The grounds were well kept, and the staff was nearby most of the time. I stopped by the Waterfront Vacation Rentals office and received more information about their properties for our next visit. On a scale of 1-100 with 100 the best, this location, our condo, and the experience, scored a 97!

  Land's End is beautiful. The connecting waters lend themselves to a variety of fun filled activities. Morning walks on the beach and boardwalk began EVERY day with an adventure. I would definitely stay again.

  The location at Lands End and location of this condo in particular was perfect. We were looking for something quiet and close to the beach. The beach and the views are awesome. The pool is wonderful as well. The condo's location and views were spectacular. We were a bit disappointed in the condo's interior. The dining and kitchen floors needed repair. The sliding door blinds needed repair and the sliding door was very difficult to open and did not lock. The stove, microwave and dishwasher seemed to be the originals from 1987 when the condo was built. They were difficult to use because they are so old. Since we had planned to do all our eating in, it made cooking difficult. The furniture and decor are dated but otherwise fine. Except for the balcony furniture which was damaged. Overall this condo needs an over due update. But we would stay again at Lands End for its location and views. We had a wonderful stay in spite of the problems with the condo.
